axenia value – servo actuator in Hygienic Design
Built to protect
The compact axenia value servo actuator was specially developed and produced for challenging applications according to EHEDG guidelines. It provides decisive improvements in process and machine reliability as well as availability. It is made from highly resistant stainless steel and therefore enjoys long-term resistance to numerous aggressive cleaning agents and disinfectants. The dynamic combination of planetary gearbox and servo motor offers reliably scaled performance data for various maximum surface temperatures.

Product highlights
Process reliability
With its screw-free and edgeless construction, the servo actuator features a holistically hygienic design to prevent the growth of and infection with bacteria and germs.
Open design
The omission of the usual covers offers great design freedom while also enabling direct and more effective cleaning.
System availability
The materials were chosen to ensure safe operation and greater resilience when subjected to regular cleaning.
Flexibility and productivity
The outstanding dynamics facilitate rapidly changing product layouts and greater throughput.
Space requirements
The compact design of the servo actuator combined with the possibility of an open machine construction enables a smaller footprint.
Global application
The wide selection of motor encoders ensures compatibility with virtually all servo controllers available around the world, while the certifications and approvals allow for delivery to all main markets.
Our know-how – your benefit
axenia value – the dynamic answer to rising hygienic requirements
Power density
Thanks to the compact and coupling-free design, the performance relative to the installation length is approximately 30% higher than for comparable gear drives.
Reliability
The specified performance data has been measured in our laboratory. When using individual components from different manufacturers, derating of 30 to 50% is generally required.
Resistance
The actuator as a unit is lab-tested according to protection class IP69X (30 bar). The material 1.4404 of the housing and the material of the seals boast very high resistance.
Connectivity
Wide selection of analog and digital motor encoders, in conjunction with single-cable connection.
Certifications and guidelines (in preparation)
Comprehensive market access is facilitated by UL approval (in preparation), DFC certification and development according to EHEDG specifications.
